Purportedly north of 600hp at the wheels and after taking a ride during fun runs after competition runs had ended, I believe it. Short video after the jump.
This was his first run of the day, IIRC, just feeling out the car and course.
Also took a ride in a Focus RS (I need one but don’t fit properly in the passenger seat with a helmet on, I really hope the driver’s seat can be adjusted lower than the other side) and met another Oppo, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , which is always fun.
Second event of the double header today. :D

I assume they cut the car up for coilovers. A 240Z with that much HP would be dangerous without a lot of changes, that ruin the car. For fucks sake use a clapped out 280Z to cut up!

Huh... looks familiar. Could be the same one 6F4 spotted?
Love me a good RB swapped S30, but having seen an L-series motor prepped for racing I can’t fault people for keeping it. The sound! Only problem is that kind of load chews through motors, so having a few kicking around is a must.
A buddy of mine is doing a swap but hasn’t revealed what yet. I’m really hoping its an RB.

Could very well be. If it is, he’s not driving the car itself to events anymore and has gone through a few upgrades since. The car in the video doesn’t appear to have the shifter for the sequential gearbox that was in the car from yesterday, it also doesn’t have the cutouts in the hood vents to clear the intake/plumbing.

The video was quite a while ago (53 weeks exactly) so who knows whats been done to it. Either way, car looks mint.
